Plan typically cover routine engineering and support of broadcast equipment both remotely and periodic on site visits. Certain regulatory filings are also included in the higher plan tiers.
How are travel costs accounted for?
All travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. An effort is made to purchase the most economical travel accommodations while maintaining safety and productivity.
What territory does Summit serve?
While Summit Technology Group serves clients throughout the world, our emergency services are limited to the United States. Project urgency will determine travel costs.
Is emergency engineering covered?
While emergency engineering is offered, our broadcast engineering plans do not cover emergency engineering. All emergencies will be billed at the member-discounted rate per the engineering agreement.
